Return & Refund Policy – FAME OFFICIAL

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items purchased from FAME OFFICIAL, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 10 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may be non-returnable. These will be clearly marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable on the product page.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 10 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos or video proof of the issue.

  • Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit—whichever you prefer.

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at info.fameofficialindia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll respond within 6-8 working hours with instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Ship the item to our return address, clearly mentioning your RMA number.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds may be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

6. Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for eligible items if you request within the return window.

  • Exchanges are processed after the original item is returned and approved.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
