  • Orders placed on Sundays will be processed the next business day (Monday).
    This mirrors the standard approach followed by other Indian stores, which typically ship within 1 business day and avoid Sunday dispatches.

2. Shipping Schedule & Pickup

  • Once your order is processed, it will be picked up by our courier partner the next available business day (excluding Sunday).

  • This ensures a smooth handoff between us and the logistics provider.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru): Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.

  • Tier 2/3 Cities & Rural Areas: Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days.

  • Remote Locations: May take 7–10 business days, depending on courier coverage and route availability.
    Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to holidays, weather, or external disruptions.

  • Prepaid orders: enjoy free standard shipping.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders: incur a ₹50 shipping charge (waived for orders over ₹500 or during ongoing promotions).
    Free shipping thresholds and COD charges help manage costs while encouraging online payments.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is picked up, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.

  • Please allow a few hours for tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.

6. Exceptions & Delays

  • Processing and delivery may be delayed during public holidays, Sundays, or periods of unusually high order volume. We will alert you promptly if such delays occur.
